The Velvet Valentine at The Padre is a decadent wine and dine affair perfect for lovers and friends alike. Join us Saturday, February 14, 2026, under the stars on Prairie Fire for a chef-curated four-course candlelit dinner with expertly paired wines and enchanting live music by violinist Celene. The experience is $95 per person, and reservations are required. Wine pairing is optional and an additional cost.

Hors D'oeuvres:
Oysters Rockefeller: oysters on the half shell with butter, cream cheese, spinach, breadcrumbs
Baked Brie Cups: brie, fig preserves, crushed walnuts, thyme
Strawberry Bruschetta: marinated strawberries, whipped mascarpone, balsamic glaze, mint

Spring Salad: Arugula mix, strawberries, roasted pistachios, candied pecans, herbed goat cheese, champagne vinaigrette

Filet Mignon: bacon wrapped filet, whipped yukon gold potato, honey glazed carrots, and a rich red wine demi-glaze
Salmon Piccata: pan seared salmon, linguini pasta, capers, served in a light lemon wine piccata sauce
Thai Oyster Mushroom: pan seared oyster mushrooms, herb basmati rice, and a rich thai coconut sauce
