Celebrate love at the Love You Brunch! at The Padre with a champagne brunch buffet made for sweethearts and besties. Join us February 15, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM on Prairie Fire for a love-themed brunch buffet featuring brunch favorites and bubbly in a romantic setting. The cost is $45 per person and reservations are required.
Buffet Menu:
Champagne Station: Bottomless pours, choice of juice and fruit
Love at First Bite: cinnamon-sugar, vanilla, and chocolate donuts with chocolate dipping sauce
Ooey Gooey Cinnamon Rolls: one extra large, extra gooey cinnamon roll, served warmed and drizzled in vanilla glaze
Berry in Love French Toast: heart shaped French toast covered in strawberries, blueberries, maple syrup, strawberry preserves
XOXO Pancakes: sides of various fruit compote, sliced berries, lemon curd, chocolate sauce, etc
Red & Pink Parfait: Vanilla Greek yogurt, strawberry compote, raspberries, honey granola
Vegetable Quiche: Eggs, spinach, carrots, cheese, bell peppers
Red Valentine Scramble: eggs scramble with cheddar, bacon, ham, bell peppers, smothered in rojo sauce
Protein Station: Bacon, sausage, ham, scrambled eggs, toast
