After stops in San Antonio, Dallas, Las Vegas, Seattle, New York City, New Orleans, Jacksonville, Phoenix, Savannah and Itri, Italy, Chef Andrew has found a permanent home in California with Eat. Drink. Sleep. Working under such chefs as Hubert Keller, Todd English, Emeril Legasse, Alessandro Stratta, Julian Serrano, Jean George Vongerichten, Nobu Matsuhisa and Jean Phillipe Maury, Chef Andrew brings a vision of amazing gastropub fare to The Brimstone and New American creative cuisine to The Belvedere Room.
