Job Experience Requirements
RESTAURANT
Servers - 3 years minimum experience in full service. Must have reasonable wine and spirits knowledge.Bartenders - 3 years minimum experience in a full service bar environment. Must have extensive wine and spirits knowledge. At least 21 years old.
Hosts - 1 year of experience in a full service environment. Excellent people skills a must!
Runners - 1 year of experience in a full service environment.
HOTEL
Valet - Clean driving record.
Security - Previous experience preferred.
